Introducing Charlie Mcgoo

Introducing Charlie Mcgoo

I’m a summer person – I love it, the hotter the better, don’t get me wrong I don’t like frying or melting and becoming a bumbling, bubbling brainless heap of goo which does occur in prolonged extreme heat-wave conditions. Like all residents of Melbourne (Victoria, Australia) I found the recent heat wave unbearable. Luckily I was able to take advantage of certain situations that I normally see as negatives and view them as positives.

I am fortunate that being currently unemployed I had no reasons to leave the house and face the heat and all the difficulties it caused. I just wished I lived closer to the beach so at night could get some relief from a cooling sea breeze. I was born in Perth (Western Australia) in December, so I guess I was born a summer person.

Whilst I am a summer person and do love the beach, I’m not a beach bum and do have other interests. I really enjoy live music and appreciate the opportunity to hear any form of music played live. I find music to be a great expression of creativity and passion and I enjoy people demonstrating their creative ability and talents.

I have spent my time hiding from the heat eating carbon to stay cool and worked on my creative pursuits.

So, the Blog is my indulgence and a form of personal expression.
I do hope others find it enjoyable or at least interesting.
